Checkout When Is GSTR Returns Under Various Categories Due!!! Check The Specifics

The Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs (CBIC) has set up various tweets with respect to the last due date for documenting GSTR returns under different classifications. If there should arise an occurrence of any question, the GST citizens can login to the authority site of GST at gst.gov.in.

• Internet business Operators or E-commerce website

"Consideration E-trade Operators who are expected to gather charge at source (TCS) under GST! Document your GSTR-8 Return for the long stretch of January 2022 preceding February tenth, 2022," CBIC tweeted.

• GST citizens not under QRMP conspire

"Consideration GST Taxpayers who are not under QRMP Scheme! Document your GSTR-1 Return for the period of January 2022 preceding February 11, 2022," CBIC tweeted from its true Twitter handle.

• Enrolled Manufacturers under Central Excise Act

With respect to the Registered Manufacturers under Central Excise Act, CBIC tweeted, "Consideration Registered Manufacturers under Central Excise Act, 1944! Due date to document your Central Excise Return for the period of January 2022 is February 10, 2022."

• TDS under GST

In an ensuing tweet, CBIC tweeted, "Consideration GST Taxpayers who are expected to deduct Tax at Source (TDS) under GST! Due date to record your GSTR-7 Return for the long stretch of January 2022 is February 10, 2022."

In this unique circumstance, the Income Tax (IT) payers should take note that the IT Department on Thursday broadened the IT return recording date. Citizens can now record ITR till March 15, 2022. The choice was taken considering the hardships announced by the citizens and different partners in the documenting of Income Tax Returns and different reports of review for the Assessment Year 2021-22 under the Income-charge Act, 1961. Prior the last date was December 31, 2021.
