The Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs as a team with the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology has dispatched a pilot drive ‘Main Bhi Digital 3.0’ – A unique Campaign for Digital Onboarding and Training for road merchants under PM SVANidhi conspire across 223 urban areas in the country.
The G-Pay, Mswipe, PhonePe, Paytm, Aceware are partaking in this drive to give UPI IDs, QR codes and give computerized preparation. Advanced Payment Aggregators will handhold the road merchants to achieve improved reception of computerized exchanges and conduct change. To advance computerized exchanges guidance has been given to the Lending Institutions (LIs) to hand over a tough QR Code and train the recipients for directing advanced receipt and installment exchanges within seven days of payment.
Up until now, 45.5 lakh applications have been gotten. Out of these, 27.2 lakh advances have been authorized and 24.6 lakh advances have been dispensed. The sum dispensed so far is Rs 2,444 Crores. In excess of 70,448 road sellers have reimbursed their first advance tranche. Out of 22.41 lakh carefully onboarded road sellers, 7.24 lakh road merchants are carefully dynamic and have recorded 5.92 Cr number of computerized exchanges.
PM Street Vendor’s AtmaNirbhar Nidhi was dispatched on June 1, 2020 as a Central Sector Scheme. The plan works with a reasonable working capital advance of up to ₹10,000 with a premium endowment @7% on ordinary reimbursement.

In this mission, the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs, in relationship with the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology, will prepare road sellers in 223 urban areas of the country under the PM SVANidhi Scheme. Durga Shankar Mishra, Secretary, Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs, and Ajay Prakash Sawhney, Secretary, Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology together dispatched the plan on a virtual occasion.
Advance is being given at a low loan fee

As per media reports, so far with regards to 45.5 lakh, road sellers have applied for credits, out of which advances of 27.2 lakh candidates have been authorized and 24.6 lakh candidates have been given advances. Under this plan, Rs 2444 crore has been given to road sellers up until now. As per the data, 70,448 borrowers have likewise paid the main portion.
