The Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India (IRDA) demanded three charges on Policybazaar – sending misdirecting data through SMS about value rise, infringement of guideline 11 and guideline 9 of notice and exposure standards.
IRDA looked for a clarification from Policybazaar on April 7, 2020. It requested that it stop the messages forthwith just as to outfit the premise of the ad.
